We’re back on the @nts_radio digiwaves tonight at 20:00 PST! In celebration of the Ziminino album release last Friday, I will be running through some of the influences that came up in the making of the album (and tangential projects from band members as well). Expect some surprises!

As always thank you to @foreignerrrrr for the visuals! (at Los Angeles, California)

It’s been quite a journey from the hills of Rio de Janiero to the East Side of Los Angeles. But along the way we managed to make some music and get it into the form of an album. Today it’s out and available for the world to listen! Head to your favorite streaming platform, or send us a few dollars on intlblk.bandcamp.com (and pick up a beautiful physical copy in the process). Then share your listening journey with the world! Ziminino no combate! 📸 @norarahimian (at Los Angeles, California)

Chief Boima and Foreigner are back with a collection of edits for the dance floor, this time alongside Southern California-native of Nigerian origin, Tomi Tribe. This collection is in celebration of the Cali Quilombo tour hitting 3 dates across the state in late March 2019.

Cali Quilombo is a collection of edits of hits from the African diaspora, done from a California frame of reference. The concept behind the series is the idea of transposing an Afro Brazilian Quilombo to a state full of rich histories of Black peoples struggling for self-determination. The quilombos of Brazil also serve as a guide for the artistic philosophy behind INTL BLK
